MY APPROACH

I approach account management and growth as holistic client strategy, built on strong relationships and deeply aligned with brand strategy. I believe the most impactful work happens when account and strategy teams operate as one: collaboratively identifying goals, uncovering insights, and shaping bold creative solutions. My focus is on building trust by making clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported, which creates the foundation for long-term partnerships and strategic growth. When clients see our work as a shared investment in their future, they give creative teams the freedom to take smart risks and push ideas further.

MY PRACTICE

I build that trust by being transparent about the process, asking strategic questions to surface deeper needs, and tying recommendations back to both individual and organizational goals. I regularly create space outside the immediate project–through touchpoints, planning sessions, and strategic provocations–to unlock bigger-picture solutions. My approach lives at the intersection of strategy, care, and collaboration: guiding clients with clarity and empathy while creating the conditions for bold, values-aligned work.

MY EXPERIENCE

I bring over a decade of experience as a creative strategist, relationship builder, and social-impact collaborator. Most recently, I co-led growth and helped shape brand strategy at Hyperakt, working with foundations, nonprofits, and public institutions. As a consultant, I support mission-driven organizations with brand development, partnership strategy, and creative operations, often in roles that sit between account and brand strategy. My background across museums, philanthropy, and creative studios gives me the ability to navigate complex organizations, engage stakeholders, and translate feedback into actionable, inspiring direction.

MY VISION

I believe the most bold creative teams are those where strategy and relationship management are deeply aligned, working together to deepen trust, unlock creativity, and drive growth. My goal is to help build integrated growth functions that unite account strategy and brand strategy into a single, thoughtful approach.
